For me, who runs Villa Weidling, sustainability is important and my ambition is to constantly get better at it.

For breakfast, I serve bread & breakfast sprinkle from the local bakery, Brukets Godaste. Vegetables, fruits, and berries are, as far as possible, homegrown, locally grown, or organic. Other purchases are made at the local country store in Fengersfors. All waste associated with breakfast service is recycled and composted by me.

Adjacent to all rooms, there are containers for recycling and composting. It should also be easy for you as a guest to recycle and compost. Please sort and place in the respective containers.  

I rent organic cotton sheets and towels from Rikstvätt in Bengtsfors, which are environmentally certified. To save the environment, I do not change sheets and towels every day for you who stay several nights. But please let me know if you want them changed. 

I only use low-energy light bulbs. As a guest, please remember to turn off the lights in the room when you leave it.
