The booking is binding for both you who have booked and Villa Weidling B&B as soon as it has been confirmed by me. Booking confirmation is sent by email.
If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 7 days before arrival. If you cancel later, I will charge for one night. The same applies to missed arrival. If you have booked for a certain period but depart before the end of this time, you will have to pay the same compensation as for late cancellation.
Check-in is between 16:00 and 18:00 unless we have agreed otherwise. It is important that you notify me if the times do not suit you so that I can be on site and receive you.
Check-out is no later than 10:30 unless we have agreed otherwise. It’s okay to leave your bags for the day if you need to.
In addition to cash payment, you have the opportunity to pay by card (Mastercard, Visa and others). For corporate customers, I can send an invoice (invoice fee will be added with SEK 30)
Breakfast usually consists of yogurt, milk and cereal, fruit, soft and hard bread with toppings, eggs, coffee/tea and juice. Let me know if you have any special needs and I will try to accommodate them (lactose-free, gluten-free, etc.). Breakfast is served by agreement.
There is the possibility to have a cup of coffee or tea whenever you want.
If you book any of the rooms in the main building (Ateljén or Vivan), you share a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave. However, there is no sink, so I will take care of the dishes.
If you book ‘Undantaget’, you have access to a small kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, kettle, and sink.
If you stay in Lillstugan, you have access to an outdoor kitchen with running cold water and a hot plate. Inside the cottage, there is a refrigerator, kettle, and microwave.
If you want to grill, you can do it perfectly in the garden.
If you live in the Main Building, you have access to the garden, balcony, and porch. In "Undantaget", you have access to your own patio. "Lillstugan" has its own porch.
Whether you want to cook your own food or eat out, here are tips on shops, cafes and restaurants.
In addition to bed linen, a small and a large towel made of organic cotton are always included.
If you need a crib (0 - 2 years), there is access to a travel crib for free. Sheets are not included.
In the "Ateljén", up to two children can sleep on a sofa bed. An additional cost applies
Air-conditioning is not available but I have table fans in all bedrooms.
Soap, shampoo and hairdryer are available. If you have forgotten your toothbrush and/or toothpaste, let me know and I will arrange it. Hairdryer is available in the bathrooms.
If you wish for a private bathroom, there is a possibility to book one with an additional fee of 250 kr/night, subject to availability. Note! This only applies if you book ‘Undantaget’.
Drying rack, iron and ironing board are available for loan. If you need something washed, it can be arranged.
I clean after each stay, which is included in the price. Please feel free to take off the sheets from the bed and put them on the floor when you end your stay.
You have access to free internet via WiFi in all rooms.
Fiction, guidebooks, non-fiction books, children’s books, etc. are available for loan during your stay.
If you come by bicycle, there is the possibility to lock the bike, wash it off, and the opportunity to borrow tools for simple repairs.
Dogs are welcome in Lillstugan and Undantaget. I provide a bowl and a blanket. Max 2 pieces. Please write what breed it is when you book. I am grateful if you do not let your dog sleep in the bed.
It is non-smoking in all buildings. There are designated places outdoors where smoking is allowed.

It is important that you ensure the exterior doors are locked when you leave the houses. The exterior doors should also be locked during the night. I am not responsible for the property that you store in the room.
According to Swedish law, Villa Weidling B&B is only responsible for you and your belongings if damage has been caused by Villa Weidling B&B. As a guest, you are responsible for damage that you or someone in your party has caused. If something has broken, I would appreciate it if you notify me directly.
Villa Weidling B&B and the guest each have the right to withdraw from the agreement if the rental object cannot be provided due to acts of war, natural disasters, labor market conflicts, fire, prolonged interruptions in water or energy supply, or any other circumstance of equally intrusive nature that the parties do not control and cannot predict.
